Jonell McCoy, a program specialist for Mainstreet Washington presented at the annual Mainstreet Grandview Board retreat in January. Her primary emphasis was twofold. First the responsibilities of the Mainstreet Grandview Association to the community of Grandview and second the path from Affiliate to Associate member.
