Downtown District Design Standards

If you are located in the Historic Downtown Grandview District a set of standards has been placed into law.  The purpose of the law is to preserve the historic nature of the district while allowing for necessary changes.

Business promotions that involve street closures. 

A special event permit needs to be obtained in order to have a street closed.  The completed notice and fee is due 30 days prior to the event.  For assistance and perhaps partnering, contact the executive director of Mainstreet Grandview.
